• How does this work? 

  • Cult of the Fae underwear club members select their order a month in advance. See Cult of the Fae for more details to the membership tiers.

  • Underwear orders will be open for a week each month for subscription members to place their orders. Once orders are placed, our pixies will order the materials needed and get to work making your items! Orders will ship out in chunks every two weeks to start.
  • Why? because knowing in advance how much demand there is for a certain design takes the guesswork out of how much material needs to be ordered, let's us be able to do full runs of the same material. This helps the pixies with time management since they'll have a better idea of their workload in a given month and don't have to scramble when a bunch of big orders come in at once.

  •  What if I don't like any of the offered prints in a month?

    • In the subscription portal, there will be options to either pause your membership or skip upcoming orders. Please keep in mind that in order to receive the 5% off benefit of the Mantle of Glamour tiers you will need to be subscribed for 3 months and on the 4th month and thereafter your orders will be 5% off. The same can be said about the Court Sovereign tiers, amending the discount for that tier to 10% after 6 orders, with discounts beginning on your 7th month.

  •  I'm having (x) technical issue, who do I contact?

    • The best way to reach out to us will always be the lefaerougeintimates@gmail.com email address. That ensures it goes directly to the Head Pixie, who will do everything within their power to solve your technical issue.

  •  I'm having financial difficulties and can't continue my subscription commitment- can you do anything?

    • Reach out to us to discuss this further. We are always a ""People" First" organization- life happens, and we want our customers to understand that their well-being is more important to us than anything, and will do whatever we can to help.

• Where did you go, what happened?

  • Le Fae Rouge in the past was run by a single person who was also working a full-time job. As with many folks in similar situations, they simply burnt out and were unable to commit to both.

• What happened to all the prints you used to have?

  • In order to prevent burnout, we are limiting the prints to 2-3 new releases a month, available exclusively for pre-order to Cult of the Fae Underwear club subscribers. This means we'll know what materials are needed a month in advance and will be able to manage the workload and materials more efficiently.
    

• Will you ever offer underwear in a non-club format?
  

  • We plan on having short made-to-order sales once or twice a year, featuring made-to-order options with prints that we have leftover fabric from the designs produced throughout the year, samples available for shipping, and other goodness!
    

• What is "gender affirming underwear"?

  • Gender affirming underwear is an undergarment worn by a person who wishes to present their gender in a way that their current physical form does not have. See next question for more details.
    

• What is a gaff or packer pocket?

  • Gaffs are an engineered shapewear product for human-shaped beings with external genitalia that they would like to minimize the visible profile of, for personal wear, drag, or whatever other purposes people can imagine! We specifically worked with transwomen to create the best and most comfortable design we can. Traditional gaffs tend to be very  tight and can be uncomfortable for prolonged periods of time- ours is designed to be comfortable for the wearer for a much longer period of time than traditional gaffs.
    
  • Packer pockets are designed for human-shaped beings who wish to wear a packer separated from their skin. Packers are sometimes worn by transfolks who prefer to present more masculine and drag artists- they're a soft phallus that can be made from an assortment of materials varying from crochet to silicone, and can help folks feel more in alignment with different types of gender presentations.

  • If this is a question about Cult of the Fae items, what is showing as available inventory is what is available. 
  • If this question is about a print-on-demand product for a design we already have, feel free to reach out and ask- so long as we can find a manufacturer for a specific item, we can likely make it happen?  Example: "Do you offer X design on stickers?" 

• Do you accept custom orders?

  • Sometimes! It can't hurt to send us a message with the specifics you're looking for and ask!
